Our Premier Service includes the following:
Assist you with a design concept for the overall wedding day
Assist you in developing the type of ceremony you would like.
Assist you in developing seating arrangements for the reception.
Schedule and plan a bridesmaid’s luncheon.
Schedule wedding night accommodations and ensure your room is ready upon arrival.
Provide an additional Wedding Coordinator for up to six hours on your wedding day.
Accompany you to all vendor appointments.
Schedule your appointments for hair styling, make-up, manicure, pedicure, massage, etc.
Advise and assist you with the wording of your invitations.
Order invitations and stuff envelopes.
Ensure proper postage and mail the invitations.
Schedule a calligrapher to hand address the inner and outer envelopes of your invitations.

Arrange for any directional signs that may be needed.

Ensure all vendor selections are within your budget, track deposits and payment, and keep you informed as to budget status and payment due dates.

Ensure ceremony and reception sites are cleaned and all rental items are returned.
Research and provide suggestions for bridal gowns that are consistent with your wedding concept.
Accompany you to any bridal gown shopping appointments or fittings you would like us to attend.
Research and provide you with a list of suggested attendant’s gowns that will coordinate with your gown and your wedding concept.
Research and provide a list of wedding favor options that are consistent with the design of the wedding. We will make arrangements for purchase after your selection.
Research and present a list of options for your attendant’s gifts. At your request, we will also purchase and wrap the gifts.
Purchase any accessories such as the guest book, ring pillow, toasting glasses, and cake server that are coordinated with your wedding concept.
Arrange and negotiate the best possible rate for a block of rooms at the hotel of your choice.
Ensure welcome baskets are delivered to the hotel before guests arrive.
Locate and reserve a venue for your rehearsal dinner.
Advise and assist you with menu selections.
Arrange for appropriate flowers, decorations, and any necessary audio-visual equipment.
Locate and reserve a venue for brunch the morning after your wedding.
