Individual Services
General Consultation $95/hour
You can meet with CCFM on an hourly base (minimum two hours) to discuss any ideas or questions related to your wedding. This is a great idea if you are not sure you can fit a package into your wedding budget. CCFM can get you on track and often suggest less expensive alternatives.
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination Starting at $375
CCFM will assist in finding a location for your rehearsal dinner that matches your desires and budget. We will assist with the contract and be present at the start of the event to make sure it runs smoothly.
Next Day Brunch Coordination Starting at $375
CCFM will assist in finding a location for your next day brunch that matches your desires and budget. We will assist with the contract and be present at the beginning of the event to make sure it runs smoothly.
Location Search Starting at $600
CCFM will assist in finding the perfect location to fulfill your wedding dreams! This will include an initial consultation to go over your specifications and a search day in which CCFM will show you between up to 6 locations that may fit your desires and budget. We will handle all negotiations with the locations and help with contracting the one you desire.
Vendor Search Starting at $400
CCFM will assist in finding the perfect vendors for your event such as a stationer, caterer, bakery, florist, officiant, ceremony and reception musicians, photographer, videographer, rental company, lighting and props, transportation, attire, beauty, rings, child care, dance instruction and honeymoon travel agent. We can make appointments for you to meet the top vendors and chose the one that you like the best. We will assist with contracts with your preferred vendors. There are two ways to add this service.
1. You will be given a list of prescreened vendors who have been made aware of your wedding and desires and you interview them on your own.
Starting at $600
2. We will provide you with the services in option #1 in addition to making the appointments with the vendors and attending up to 2 meetings with you at your request.
Budget Supervision Starting at $150
CCFM will keep track of your budget and where your money is being spent. We will inform you when you have gone over in one area or under in another. We will keep track of your payments to vendors and when the next one is due. You will receive email reminders of when to send a payment and when the next one will be due.
Guest Accommodations Starting at $250
CCFM will assist in finding the perfect hotels (various price ranges) and transportation for your guests while they are in town for your event.
RSVP Management Setup Fee: $25 plus $1.50 per invitation sent
CCFM will provide an 800 number for your guests to call and RSVP for your wedding and receive the answers to any questions they may have. We will also place phone calls to those that don’t RSVP by the deadline for one week. This service includes keeping track of the guest count, meal selections, and countless other details that my benefit your guests.
Design Meetings Starting at $300
At these meetings we discuss what visions you already have for your wedding. CCFM gathers information about you, your family and your desires surrounding your wedding. We discuss possible colors and decor as well as layout and times. After the meeting CCFM will create a personalized design concept for you and present it with mock ups and color swatches. Ask for details.
Open Communication Starting at $400
You are welcome to contact CCFM to discuss any ideas, concerns or questions related to your wedding experience. This is via phone, fax or email. This is highly recommended if you are choosing a smaller package and it is still 6 months or more from your wedding date.
Additional Hours
You can always add additional hours for your head coordinator at $95/hour or your assistant coordinator at $45/hour.
